  Service during the normal 'family' hours is generally very good. Kitchen/Bar is sometimes a bit slow but wait staff are reasonable. Come here maybe once a month during the regular lunch/dinner hours without any major problems to report.
  
  Recently came at 10pm (place closes midnight on weekends) and waited five minutes to be seated. No one shows up, try sitting in the bar area. Twenty minutes pass and no one even takes drink orders. Bar staff visually acknowledged our presence (even upon initial arrival) yet no service. Disappointing.

  Always fun at chili's! All day happy hour, delicious southwest egg rolls, and consistently good service.
