  I have always loved this flower shop...UNTIL TODAY. Before I moved to Ft. Lauderdale, I was there every week buying flowers. I have been a customer for 8 years. They had a designer named Connie who used to design for me and even had 2 beautiful sprays made for me for a funeral a few years back. I became friendly with Deana, the owners mother and others in the shop. I called today and explained that I was not able to come in and needed an already made Valentines arrangement for tomorrow to be delivered 1 mile away from their store. I was not asking for something they had to arrange from scratch. I spoke with Deana. She knew who I was. I asked if she could take 1 quick picture of the refrigerated section and send to me via text so I could pick an arrangement out that was already made. She told me no, she would not do that as they were too busy. This comes after spending much money with them, referring many customers to them and although living far away from the shop, still wanting to use them as my florist. What I asked would have taken 3 minutes to do. I am very saddened and disappointed with how Deana treated me today. They have lost a client of 8 years and I will no longer be referring anyone to them. It appears they place no value on loyalty and do not appreciate a long standing client.
