  The last two times I've ordered Cold Brew, I get the same story that the night shift forgot to make it. I say "Fine let me get a Ice coffee then" When I get the coffee it's bright white with no coffee just cream and sugar. There needs to be a better training program, I honestly feel the employees don't even drink coffee.
